Marriage Paperwork Sunshine coast celebrant
Beach wedding, Mooloolaba, Sunshine Coast, Jade Webster Celebrant

Congratulations! You're getting married!

From our first contact, I want to know about you guys and ensure I can deliver the perfect, personal ceremony for you both...

So I offer a complimentary meeting so you can find out if I'm right for you!

(not the other way around!)

I'm here for the two of you and remember, despite what everyone else says - it's your day!

I'm all about having fun, whilst being professional and accessible to you from our first meeting and throughout...

I'm game for themed weddings, elopements, a surprise ceremony (for the guests, not the bride & groom!) getting the pets involved...

You name it, I'm there!

Price wise, honestly, because every wedding is different and personal to each couple...

For a small, modest wedding I would charge as little as $550.

For the grander affair nothing more than $850.

Travel wise, anywhere on the Sunshine Coast is great, however further afield may incur additional fees which can be discussed at our first meeting.

For whatever scenario in whatever location, this will include:

The use of my PA system.

Contact via email, phone calls and text (if preferred)

Meeting, liaising and rehearsal of the ceremony the day prior.

Lodgement of all paperwork.

A personal ceremony written just for you.

Access to various literature to help complete your ceremony and vows.

Not to mention my knowledge of locations, photographers, florists and hire companies to ensure your day is seemless and all you've dreamed of and more...

"Thank you again for making our day so unbelievably special and amazing! We are so lucky to have found you."

Legal elements

So the legal requirements are that the couple have to be 18 or over,

not related and (currently) not legally married.

So nice and simple!

To accompany this, and this is where I come in...

There is some paperwork and specific wording we need to use to make your wedding legit! ;)

Our first piece of paperwork is the Notice Of Intent to Marry (NOIM).

This has be completed at least one month prior to the Wedding Day so it is ideal to finalise this during one of our first meetings.

Your last bits of paperwork are done the day prior to the ceremony (perfect during rehearsals) and the big important stuff on the day!

But don't stress -  this is my area of expertise and I'll ensure everything is organised and in place for your big day!!!

Marriage

Paperwork you might want to start thinking about...

I will need to sight:

Birth Certificates, And in some cases Passports and Drivers Licenses too.

Where there has been a previous marriage, divorce papers or death certificates will need to be sighted too.

Still not sure..?

Head over to my contacts page and we can set up a meeting to see if I'm the right fit for you.

Or, check out other testimonials here.
